No release zip yet. The repository archive installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow:
wp plugin install https://github.com/mt-support/tribe-ext-ea-geocode-gmaps/archive/refs/heads/master.zipDeclares an update source (https://github.com/mt-support/tribe-ext-ea-geocode-gmaps/), so updates arrive through the plugin's own updater.
From the readme
When doing The Events Calendar's Event Aggregator imports, use your local Google Maps API key for geocoding of events and venues.
Make your Event Aggregator imports use local Google Maps geocoding on events and venues. This will use your API key to do these lookups.
Note: Using your own Google Maps API key for geolocation lookups may incur additional charges from Google Maps but may provide significantly more accurate geolocation results.
