Install

No release zip yet. The repository archive installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow:

wp plugin install https://github.com/mrwweb/mrw-accordion/archive/refs/heads/main.zip

Declares an update source (false), so updates arrive through the plugin's own updater.

MRW Accordion Block [DEPRECATED!] v0.8.0 Mark Root-Wiley, MRW Web Design [!CAUTION] This plugin is no longer supported. Use the core Accordion block introduced in WordPress 6.9. v0.8.0 of the MRW Accordion Block adds the ability to convert any mrw/accordion block to core/accordion using the block transform menu in the block toolbar. Description Use one or more accordion blocks to let visitors expand and collapse information. Great for FAQs, complex instructions, and auxiliary/aside information within a long post. This plugin creates a single "Accordion" block that can be used alone or in groups. Block Options - Heading level - Primary color (heading background and accordion border) - Heading text color - "Plain" block style (no background, border, or padding) - CSS classes - HTML anchor When to Use Accordions Accordions are incredibly common, and for good reason! In many cases, they can take overwhelming content and make it easier to take in. However, accordions are not always the right choice and come with downsides.
