Initial Configuration

Can I customize the tracking email template?

The email template is built into the plugin with a modern, responsive design. For customizations, you can modify the template in includes/hooks/class-wet-hook-order-tracking.php (developers only).

What if a tracking number has no URL?

For custom couriers, you can leave the tracking URL empty. The tracking number will still be displayed in emails, but without a clickable link.

Does the barcode generator work with thermal printers?

Yes, the barcode generator supports thermal label printers with configurable label widths (58mm or 80mm).

Can shop managers access the features?
