No release zip yet. The repository archive installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow:

wp plugin install https://github.com/moveyourdigital/wp-email-posts-digest/archive/refs/heads/main.zip

Ships its own WordPress updater (Update URI header), so new versions show up under Dashboard → Updates.

Upload wp-email-posts-digest-main directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin Email Posts Digest through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
Configure under Options > Reading
