Overview

Your store has customers WooCommerce never tells you about: people who registered but never bought anything, carts that were filled and forgotten, good customers who quietly stopped coming back. Smart Remarketing finds them and gives you the tools to bring them back — campaigns, automation, coupons and follow-up, all inside your WordPress admin. No external dashboard, no subscription, and your data stays on your server.

Customer segments

• Never purchased — registered users without a single paid order (guest purchases made with the same e-mail are recognized)
• Abandoned carts — filled carts that never became orders, with item count and value
• One-time buyers — customers who bought once and never returned
• At-risk customers — last order older than a limit you choose
• Product targeting — bought product X but never product Y, for cross-selling
• All members — everyone at once, for store-wide announcements and discounts
• RFM analysis — your best customers scored as Champions, Loyal, Promising, At risk, Hibernating

Both WooCommerce order storages are supported — HPOS and the classic post tables, including compatibility mode.

Campaigns

• E-mail, SMS and Telegram, sent to a whole segment or hand-picked users
• Scheduling, and A/B testing with a statistical reliability verdict on the results
• A personal single-use coupon for each recipient, restricted to their e-mail
• Conversion tracking and revenue attribution per campaign
• Built-in unsubscribe link in every e-mail; opted-out users are excluded everywhere

Automation

Rule-based recurring campaigns that run hourly in the background: a welcome coupon a week after registration, a cart reminder after a few hours, a win-back message for at-risk customers. Each rule has its own cooldown and statistics.

Order notifications

Instant Telegram, e-mail or SMS alerts on any order event — including notes added by other plugins — with per-rule conditions (order source, coupon, note keyword) and 18+ template placeholders.

Everything else

• Event log — a Logs tab records sends, automation runs and notifications; failures are always captured, and debug mode adds full detail
• Built-in lightweight CRM — follow-up status, notes and next-follow-up dates per customer
• Trends — daily segment-size history with dependency-free SVG charts
• Quiet hours, role exclusion, weekly digest, CSV export, REST API, WP-CLI, GDPR privacy tools

SMS that works anywhere

Twilio, Kavenegar, MeliPayamak, IPPanel and the WhatsApp Cloud API are built in. A custom webhook connects any other panel in any country. Installed SMS plugins (WP SMS, PersianWooCommerce SMS, Digits) are detected and reused automatically, and routing rules can send each country prefix through a different provider (e.g. 98=kavenegar, 1=twilio).

Requirements

Installation

1. Grab the zip from the latest release and install it via Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
2. Activate it (WooCommerce must be active).
3. Go to WooCommerce → Smart Remarketing.

Languages

English, Persian (fa_IR), Kurdish Sorani (ckb) and Kurdish Kurmanji (kmr) — all bundled and complete. A POT template is included for new translations.

Data safety

Updates never touch your data: tables are only created or extended. Uninstalling keeps everything too, unless you explicitly enable cleanup in the settings first.
