Install
This is the repository archive. It installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow.
Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:
wp plugin install https://github.com/moo-digital/moo-digital-google-analytics/archive/refs/heads/main.zipNo built-in updater. New versions won't appear under Dashboard → Updates. Install new releases yourself, or let Git Updater track the repository.
Moo Digital Google Analytics

Installation
1. Upload the moo-digital-google-analytics folder to /wp-content/plugins/
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
3. Navigate to Moo Digital Google Analytics in the admin menu
4. Enter your GA4 Measurement ID (format: G-XXXXXXXXXX)
5. Click 'Save Settings'
Finding Your GA4 Measurement ID
1. Log in to your Google Analytics account
2. Click on Admin (gear icon in bottom left)
3. Select your Property
4. Click Data Streams
5. Select your website stream
6. Copy the Measurement ID (starts with G-)
Admin Tracking Exclusion
By default, the plugin does not track logged-in users with administrator capabilities. This prevents your own site visits from skewing your analytics data.
