Install
Upload it under Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin, then activate.
Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:

Install & usage
- Install and activate the plugin.
- Go to Products → Global Tab.
- Set a title (e.g. "Shipping & Returns") and content, then save.
- The tab now appears on every product page (priority 50 — after Description and Reviews).
