Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I get my API token?

Log in to your MizbanCloud dashboard, go to Account Settings > API, and generate a new API token.

Can I manage multiple domains?

Yes, but you need to select one domain at a time in the plugin. You can switch between domains by selecting a different one from the dropdown.

What happens when I purge cache?

Purging cache removes all cached content from CDN edge servers. Your origin server will need to serve fresh content until the cache is rebuilt. This may temporarily increase load on your server.

Is this plugin compatible with other caching plugins?

Yes, MizbanCloud CDN works alongside other caching plugins like WP Super Cache, W3 Total Cache, or WP Rocket. The CDN handles edge caching while your caching plugin manages server-side caching.

Does this plugin slow down my site?

No, the plugin only loads its assets on its own admin page and makes API calls only when you interact with the settings.

Can I use this plugin without a MizbanCloud account?

No, this plugin requires an active MizbanCloud account and API token to function.
