Install
Upload it under Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin, then activate.
Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:

Installation
- Upload the
keksfolder to/wp-content/plugins/ - Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
- Go to Keks > Settings to configure your banner
- Go to Keks > Pages to set your Privacy Policy and Imprint pages
- Go to Keks > Scripts to add your tracking services
- Add the revoke link to your footer:
[keks_revoke]
