Bootstrap requirements

This plugin's Gutenberg blocks emit Bootstrap 5 class names and are built to work on any theme — each block ships the minimum CSS it needs to actually function (see inc/css/block-styles.css), regardless of what the active theme imports. A theme that imports the matching Bootstrap Sass partial gets the full, intended visual treatment on top of that; without it, the block still works, it just renders with plain browser defaults instead of Bootstrap's styling.

When adding a new block that relies on a Bootstrap JS component (anything that toggles visibility via classes — Collapse, Tab, Modal, Offcanvas, Dropdown, etc.), give it the same treatment as Accordion/Tabs above: ship the one or two rules that make it function in this plugin's own CSS, and let the theme's Bootstrap import supply the polish.
