Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:

High Performance Wheel WordPress Plugin

Description

The High Performance Wheel plugin helps students aged 12-14 explore and define their personal concept of high performance through an interactive exercise. Students identify 8 concepts important to their success, rank them, and receive personalized AI analysis based on their choices and MBTI personality type.

Installation

  1. Upload the high-performance-wheel folder to your /wp-content/plugins/ directory
  2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
  3. The plugin will automatically create the required database table wp_mfsd_hp_wheel_results

Requirements

  • WordPress 5.0 or higher
  • PHP 7.0 or higher
  • AI Meow chatbot plugin (for chatbot functionality)
  • MBTI results table wp_mfsd_mbti_results (for personality integration)

Usage

Shortcode

Add the High Performance Wheel exercise to any page using:

[high_performance_wheel]

Chatbot Setup

The plugin expects a chatbot with ID chatbot-tmhwsa to be configured in AI Meow with the High Performance Coach persona. The chatbot should be set up with the prompt provided in the specification document.

MBTI Integration

The plugin automatically retrieves the user's MBTI type from the wp_mfsd_mbti_results table. If no MBTI type is found, the exercise still works but without personality-specific insights.

Database Structure

The plugin creates one table:

wp_mfsd_hp_wheel_results

  • id - Auto-increment primary key
  • user_id - WordPress user ID
  • concepts_json - JSON array of 8 concepts
  • ranking_json - JSON array of concepts in ranked order
  • analysis - AI-generated analysis text
  • mbti_type - User's MBTI type (4 characters)
  • status - Current status: 'not_started', 'in_progress', or 'completed'
  • created_at - Timestamp
  • updated_at - Timestamp

Returns the current user's progress status.

POST /wp-json/hp-wheel/v1/submit

Submits user data for different steps.

Steps:

  • save_input - Saves the 8 concepts
  • back_to_input - Returns to input screen
  • generate_analysis - Generates AI analysis and completes exercise

Workflow

  1. Introduction Screen: User reads about high performance and clicks "Start"
  2. Concept Entry: User enters 8 concepts with AI coach help available
  3. Ranking: User drags concepts to rank them by importance
  4. Results: User sees their wheel visualization and AI analysis

Customization

Styling

All styles are in assets/high-performance-wheel.css. The plugin uses CSS variables and follows the same design system as the Dream Jobs and RAG plugins.

AI Prompt

The AI analysis prompt is in the PHP file's handle_submit function. You can customize the prompt to adjust the tone, depth, or focus of the analysis.

Chatbot

To customize the chatbot experience, update the chatbot configuration in AI Meow with ID chatbot-tmhwsa.
