High Performance Debate Plugin

A WordPress plugin that guides students through 7 questions about high performance with AI-powered debate functionality. This plugin builds on the High Performance Wheel exercise.

Overview

The High Performance Debate plugin allows students to:

1. Answer 6 core questions about high performance
2. Debate and discuss each question with an AI coach
3. Receive a comprehensive summary comparing their debate answers with their original High Performance Wheel concepts

Features

• Prerequisite Check: Students must complete the High Performance Wheel before starting the debate
• AI-Powered Debate: Each question includes a chat interface where students can debate with a High Performance Coach
• Turn-Based Progression: After 3 turns, students are prompted to confirm their final answer
• WhatsApp-Style Interface: Chat messages styled like a messaging app for familiarity
• Progressive Questioning: 6 questions covering What, Why, Where, Who, When, and How of high performance
• Intelligent Summary: AI analyzes convergence and opposition between debate answers and wheel concepts
• Resume Capability: Students can leave and return to continue where they left off

Installation

1. File Structure

Create the following directory structure in your WordPress plugins folder:

2. Upload Files

1. Upload high-performance-debate.php to the plugin root directory
2. Create an assets folder
3. Upload high-performance-debate.js to the assets folder
4. Upload high-performance-debate.css to the assets folder

3. Activate Plugin

1. Go to WordPress Admin > Plugins
2. Find "High Performance Debate"
3. Click "Activate"

The plugin will automatically create the necessary database table: wp_mfsd_hp_debate_results

Usage

Shortcode

Add the plugin to any page or post using the shortcode:

Prerequisites

• High Performance Wheel: Students must complete the High Performance Wheel exercise first
• AI Chatbot Plugin: Requires AI Engine or similar plugin with chatbot support (referenced as chatbot-tmhwsa)
• User Authentication: Students must be logged in

1. What is High Performance for you?

   • "In the last task you created your wheel. But let's get deeper… What is High Performance for you?"

2. Why is High Performance needed?

3. Where do we need High Performance? Where do we find it hard?

   • Prompt: "We need High Performance in ….. because"

4. Who do we need High Performance Qualities with?

   • Prompt: "We need High Performance with …… because"

5. When do we need to see it? Not need to see it? Times of the week?

   • Prompt: "We see High Performance in …. because"

6. How can I/we build high performance?

   • Prompt: "We build High Performance by …."

The final summary compares:

• Convergence: Where debate answers align with wheel concepts

Modifying Questions

Edit the $questions array in high-performance-debate.php:
