Install
Upload it under Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin, then activate.
Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:

A block to add a gallery of images and/or YouTube/Vimeo-videos. Media can include a description. This plugin uses GLightbox and Splide under the hood.
Installation
Download the latest release and install like you would any other WordPress plugin. Make sure you allow inline SVG elements in your content.
Usage
Use outer block within themes: maxgruson/multimedia-gallery.
Use inner blocks within themes: maxgruson/multimedia-gallery-image and maxgruson/multimedia-gallery-video.
