Installation
File Structure
Create this folder structure in your /wp-content/plugins/ directory:

Steps
- Create the
admin-style-customizerfolder in/wp-content/plugins/ - Copy each file from the artifacts into the appropriate location
- Activate the plugin in WordPress Admin → Plugins
- Remove the old enqueue functions from your child theme's
functions.php:

Usage
Accessing the Customizer
- Go to Appearance → Customize
- Find the "Admin Style Customizer" panel
- Expand any section to edit settings
Sections Available

Apply Changes Workflow
- Make your changes in any section
- Click the floating "Apply Changes" button to preview
- Click "Publish" in the Customizer to save permanently
Import/Export
Export:
- Go to Import/Export/Reset section
- Click "Export to JSON"
- A JSON file will download
Import:
- Open your JSON file and copy its contents
- Paste into the Import textarea
- Click "Import Settings"
- Customizer will refresh with imported settings
Reset
- Click "Reset All Settings"
- Confirm the first dialog
- Confirm the second dialog (double-confirmation for safety)
- Settings will reset to defaults

Troubleshooting
Changes not appearing?
- Clear your browser cache
- Clear any server-side cache (if using caching plugins)
- The plugin adds no-cache headers during Customizer preview
Login page not styled?
- Ensure the plugin is activated
- Check for CSS conflicts with other plugins
- Use the Custom CSS section to override conflicts
Admin bar looks broken?
- Try resetting to defaults
- Check browser console for JavaScript errors
- Ensure no other plugins are conflicting
