VanDerGraaf Page Generator
It generates a static page

THis is a module that works with VanDerGraaf. It uses filters to generate a html page from a wordpress page. It would be entirely possible to replace this so that the output is PDF or LaTex. Combine this with WooCommerce to create product catalogues etc.
