Install
Upload it under Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin, then activate.
Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:

Wordpress plugin that quickly and easily installs the Umami analytics tracking code on pages for non-admin users.
Installation
- Download the plugin from the WordPress plugin repository.
- Install the plugin on your WordPress site.
- Activate the plugin.
- Go to the settings page for the plugin and enter your Umami website ID and analytics URL.
- Click the "Save Changes" button.
- The plugin will automatically add the Umami tracking code to your pages.

If you are using a caching plugin, you may need to clear the cache for the changes to take effect and exclude the umami.js file from caching.
