This is the repository archive. It installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow.

Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:

wp plugin install https://github.com/maithemewp/mai-elasticpress/archive/refs/heads/main.zip
Updates itself. It ships its own updater (Plugin Update Checker), so new versions appear under Dashboard → Updates.

Make sure Elasticpress Proxy modal styling matches Mai Theme.

Using Mai Post Grid, under the Entries tab, set "Get Entries By" setting to "Related (Elasticpress)".

Configure Autosuggest

Add the following url as the endpoint in the Autosuggest settings.

https://yourdomain.com/wp-json/mai-elasticpress/v1/autosuggest/
