This is the repository archive. It installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow.

Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:

wp plugin install https://github.com/mahfuzulalam/directorist-category-display/archive/refs/heads/main.zip
No built-in updater. New versions won't appear under Dashboard → Updates. Install new releases yourself, or let Git Updater track the repository.

Category Display - Directorist WordPress Plugin

Display posts by category for the Directorist WordPress plugin.

Installation

  1. Upload the directorist-category-display folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
  2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
  3. Use the [directorist-category-display] shortcode to display posts by category

Usage

To display posts by category, use the [directorist-category-display] shortcode in any WordPress post or page. You can customize the shortcode by including the category attribute, which should be set to the category slug you want to display.
