This is the repository archive. It installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow.

Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:

wp plugin install https://github.com/lucasstark/woocommerce-gravity-forms-pouplate-fields/archive/refs/heads/master.zip
No built-in updater. New versions won't appear under Dashboard → Updates. Install new releases yourself, or let Git Updater track the repository.

To configure the field for dynamic population set it's Allow field to be populated dynamically setting to True.

For the Parameter Name enter in: wc_attribute_your_product_attribute_name.

For example, if you had a size product attribute you could enter in wc_attribute_pa_size.

Note - This is currently only designed for select fields.
