This is the repository archive. It installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow.

Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:

wp plugin install https://github.com/lloc/show-category-posts-archive/archive/refs/heads/master.zip
No built-in updater. New versions won't appear under Dashboard → Updates. Install new releases yourself, or let Git Updater track the repository.

The Show Category Posts Archive is a WordPress plugin that will show a widget of specific posts for a category in monthly or yearly format. It shows only one category.

Installation

  1. Upload "show-category-posts-archive" folder to "/wp-content/plugins/" directory.
  2. Activate the plugin.
  3. Add and customize via your Widgets.
  4. Have fun.
