This is the repository archive. It installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow.

Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:

wp plugin install https://github.com/level-level/clarkson-404/archive/refs/heads/master.zip

No built-in updater. New versions won't appear under Dashboard → Updates. Install new releases yourself, or let Git Updater track the repository.

A plugin to set a custom page as 404 when using Clarkson Core

After installing this plugin create a page which it's title and content will be used to show when a 404 is triggered.
Then visit the Settings > Reading page within the WordPress Dashboard and select this page from the 404 Page: Dropdown.

I can't see the page content of my select page on a 404.
Please create a 404.twig template file within your theme.
