Raynet Lead Form

Send WordPress contact form submissions straight to Raynet CRM as new leads — no manual data entry, no copy-paste. Free and open source, with every feature included.

When a visitor submits the form, the plugin creates a lead in your Raynet CRM with the right category, source, owner and topic. If Raynet is temporarily unreachable, the submission is still saved locally so nothing is lost.

Requirements

• WordPress 6.0 or newer (tested up to 7.1)
• PHP 7.4 or newer
• A Raynet CRM account with API access (instance name, login, API key)

Installation

1. Download the latest release, or clone this repository into wp-content/plugins/.
2. Activate Raynet Lead Form in Plugins.
3. Go to Settings → Raynet Lead Form → API Settings and enter your Raynet instance name, login and API key.
4. Click Test connection to confirm it works.
5. Create a form, then place its shortcode (e.g. [raynet_form id="1"]) on any page.

Configuration

Under Settings → Raynet Lead Form you can:

• Enter your Raynet CRM credentials (instance, login, API key) and test the connection
• Create and edit multiple forms, each with its own category, source, phase, owner and topic
• Set up Telegram notifications (bot token + chat ID)
• Choose the notification email addresses
• Review locally-stored leads (the safety net) and retry any that failed to sync
• Read the event log

Your own categories, sources and phases are pulled live from Raynet once the API is connected.
