futusign Overlay Support for overlay of widgets - Description - Installation - Usage - Contributing - Contact - License Description A plugin that adds support for adding an overlay of widgets to the futusign digital signage management software. Installation The latest plugin is available for download from the release tab. Upload and activate the plugin via the WordPress Plugins admin screen. Usage From the WordPress administrative screens. 1. Add a new Overlay from the admin menu. 2. Using pull-downs, select a widget to show in a screen region. 3. Once published, the overlay is an available option in the Overlay pull-down when editing a screen. Tips Additional plugins, e.g., futusign Overlay Clock, are required to provide the widgets. The overlay is organized into tree layers (from bottom to top) Rows: Upper, Middle-Row, and Lower Columns: Left, Middle-Column, and Right Grid: Upper-Right, Upper-Middle, Upper-Right, Middle-Left, Middle-Middle, Middle-Right, Lower-Left, Lower-Middle, and Lower-Right An overlay may be assigned to many screens.
