WC Coupon Lookup Fix

Removes redundant LOWER() from WooCommerce coupon lookup query, enabling index usage on wp_posts.post_title. Safe on all WordPress installations because WordPress guarantees case-insensitive collation (utf8mb4_unicode_ci) since WP 4.2.
