Description

WooCommerce Monthly Sales Report is a WordPress plugin that allows administrators to generate and view a monthly sales report. The report includes details such as customer name, product, payment details, order total, and shipping costs. Administrators can also filter reports by month and year to view specific data and print off the report directly from the admin page.

Installation

  1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-monthly-sales-report directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
  2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' screen in WordPress.
  3. Once activated, navigate to the 'Monthly Sales Report' menu in the WordPress admin area.

Usage

  1. After installing and activating the plugin, click on the 'Monthly Sales Report' menu item in the WordPress admin dashboard.
  2. You will see a form at the top of the page where you can select a month and year to filter the report.
  3. After choosing the desired month and year, click the 'Filter' button to view the report for that specific time period.
  4. You can view details like Order ID, Date, Customer Name, Product, Payment Details, Order Total, and Shipping Costs in the report.
  5. At the bottom of the report, grand totals for Order Total and Shipping Costs are displayed.
  6. Click the 'Print Report' button to print the report. Only the report will be printed, excluding other page elements.
