No release zip yet. The repository archive installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow:

Site Consolidator allows you to take content from any number of multi-site instances and move them over to a different instance. It moves comments and posts, maintaining author attribution and properly redirecting image and post links.
