No release zip yet. The repository archive installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow:

wp plugin install https://github.com/jshwlkr/zoetrope/archive/refs/heads/master.zip

zoetrope WordPress gutenberg block for using mp4s as gifs as seen at https://calendar.perfplanet.com/2017/animated-gif-without-the-gif/ I can almost gaurantee it won't work in your browser. (Also the interface is crap.)
