Build multi-step forms with a visual editor and publish them using a shortcode, independently of your theme.

Description

Formulários Fluxo is an independent plugin for configuring and displaying forms organized into steps.

The visual editor lets you add, edit, reorder, and move fields between steps using buttons, drag and drop, or keyboard-accessible controls. Supported fields include short text, long text, email, select, checkbox, and a response summary.

Form definitions are stored in WordPress. Only published forms are available to visitors. Submissions use browser and server validation, nonce verification, and sanitization by field type.

This version does NOT store responses or send email. After a valid submission, the visitor sees a confirmation and a summary. There are no uploads, saved response drafts, or external integrations.

Use [formularios_fluxo id="123"], replacing 123 with the ID of a published form. Use [formularios_fluxo_demo] to try the experience without creating a form.

  3. Open Formulários Fluxo in the dashboard, create steps and fields, and publish the form.
  4. Copy its shortcode into a page or post.
