The author publishes release zips, so WP-CLI can install straight from GitHub:

wp plugin install https://github.com/jmwhitworth/lizardberg/releases/download/v0.1.1/lizardberg.zip

Desc A (soon to be) collection of Gutenberg blocks specifically designed to deliver images in an optimised manner. Via WordPress: 1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/lizardberg directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly. 2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' screen in WordPress Via Composer: 1. Add the following repo to your composer.json file: 2. Run: composer require jmwhitworth/lizardberg
