This is the repository archive. It installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow.

Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:

wp plugin install https://github.com/jewelmm10/iconstar-core/archive/refs/heads/master.zip
No built-in updater. New versions won't appear under Dashboard → Updates. Install new releases yourself, or let Git Updater track the repository.

Core functionality plugin for the IconStar WordPress theme.

This plugin provides all the essential features required by the IconStar WordPress theme, including:

  • Custom Elementor widgets
  • Custom Post Types & Taxonomies
  • Theme-specific helper functions
  • Shortcodes
  • Admin settings & options
  • Asset enqueuing (CSS/JS)

It is designed to work exclusively with the IconStar theme and should be activated alongside it.

Installation

  1. Upload the iconstar-core folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
  2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
  3. Make sure the IconStar theme is active

Note: This plugin will only work properly when used with the IconStar theme.
