Bookora

Premium WordPress appointment-booking platform — Paystack-native, Flutterwave-native, WhatsApp-native, Elementor-first, and fast enough for a 3G connection.

Status: v1.0.0 — production release. All 18 build stages complete and audited. See docs/master-build-spec.md for the full stage-gated history and decision log, and docs/final-release/production-release-audit.md for the release go/no-go.

Features

Booking engine (conflict-free, holds) · services/staff/customers · front-end booking wizard · admin calendar · payments (Paystack/Flutterwave/Stripe, webhook-authoritative) · notifications (email/SMS/WhatsApp/push) · two-way Google & Outlook calendar sync · Elementor widgets · stateless magic-link customer portal · reporting + CSV export · coupons/gift cards/memberships/resources/waitlist · AI scheduling (suggestions/auto-assign/forecast) · commercial hardening (licensing, updater, telemetry, white-label, import/export, backup/restore).

php composer.phar run test # requires a configured WP test library + MySQL

npm install
npm run build

Running the WordPress integration tests

The PHPUnit suite uses the WordPress test library and a throwaway MySQL database. Provision it with the standard installer script, then run composer test:

bin/install-wp-tests.sh wordpress_test root '' localhost latest

(See tests/phpunit/bootstrap.php for the expected WP_TESTS_DIR / WP_PHPUNIT__DIR env vars.)
