📦 Installation

  1. Upload plugin to /wp-content/plugins/
  2. Activate through WordPress admin
  3. Go to Settings → EM Speed Boost
  4. Enable optimizations

For most sites, enable:

  • ✅ Disable Emojis
  • ✅ Defer JavaScript
  • ✅ Remove Query Strings
  • ✅ Disable XML-RPC
  • ✅ Remove WP Version
  • ✅ Disable Dashicons
  • ✅ Preconnect Hints

⚠️ Compatibility Notes

  • Defer JS: May break some themes. Test after enabling.
  • GZIP: Skip if server already compresses (most do).
  • oEmbed: Don't disable if you embed Twitter/YouTube in posts.
