This is the repository archive. It installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow.

Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:

wp plugin install https://github.com/honzitko/eer-next/archive/refs/heads/main.zip
No built-in updater. New versions won't appear under Dashboard → Updates. Install new releases yourself, or let Git Updater track the repository.

Customizable event registration with:

  • Events (CPT)
  • Frontend templates (user-editable)
  • Templated HTML emails
  • Ticketing integration (outbound API + inbound webhook with HMAC)

Install

  • Upload eer-next folder to wp-content/plugins/ or upload eer-next-1.0.0.zip via Plugins → Add New → Upload.
  • Activate the plugin.
  • Go to Settings → EER Next to configure templates, email, and ticketing API.

Ticketing API

  • Plugin sends POST JSON to your configured endpoint with registration details.
  • Optionally respond with ticket_id, ticket_code, ticket_url.
  • Or call back later: POST /wp-json/eer/v1/ticket/callback with header X-EER-Signature: sha256=<hmac(raw_body, webhook_secret)>.

Dev / Release

  • Update version in eer-next.php.
  • Commit & tag: git tag v1.0.0 && git push --tags
  • GitHub Actions (provided) will build a zip and publish a Release.
