📋 Requirements

  • WordPress 6.4+
  • PHP 8.1+

📦 Installation

Standard Installation

  1. Download the latest release ZIP
  2. Upload to WordPress via Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin
  3. Activate the plugin
  4. Configure at Settings → Dual Chatbot

Development Installation

🔧 Configuration

  1. Navigate to Settings → Dual Chatbot
  2. Configure:
    • Enable FAQ and/or Advisor bots
    • Add OpenAI API key
    • Upload knowledge base files
    • Set theme and colors
    • Configure privacy settings
