No release zip yet. The repository archive installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow:

wp plugin install https://github.com/helsingborg-stad/wordpress-plugin-boilerplate/archive/refs/heads/master.zip

Copy the contents of the folder and run the below command, from the plugin folder, in your terminal to run the setup guide.
