Install
This is the repository archive. It installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow.
Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:
wp plugin install https://github.com/hari-mandy/vital-post-card/archive/refs/heads/main.zipNo built-in updater. New versions won't appear under Dashboard → Updates. Install new releases yourself, or let Git Updater track the repository.
Post Card Block
A wordpress block in the Gutenberg editor with a template for all the post types with seprate fields to choose. It can perform as both standlone and inside the query loop.
How to use ?
- Select the block from block inseter in widget category.
- When It is standlone card you can select the post type from the option in editor.
- Based on post Type selected the post's option will be shown and the user can select the post and taxonomy of the post to display terms in the post card.
- For controlling the template we have options like horizontal/vertical, show excrept and make whole card clickable.
- When it is used inside the query loop the post's we don't need to select post or post type througth we can control it through option in query loop block.
- Thought post card is inside the query loop we can control the template styles.
