A patch series fixing three related issues in the scan-and-block workflow:

• 2.5.3 — Rescanning a page no longer hides items already on the saved blocklist. Token-based scan recognition replaces the auth-dependent check that broke in 2.5.1, and tightens scan-parameter security as a side effect (?mbr_asm_scan=1 can no longer be used to trivially bypass blocking on a page view).
