Install
This is the repository archive. It installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow.
Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:
wp plugin install https://github.com/hackrepair/thrg-disable-site-health/archive/refs/heads/main.zipA lightweight WordPress plugin that hides Tools → Site Health and sends direct visits to the Site Health administration screen back to the dashboard.
Version: 1.2.0 · Requires: WordPress 6.9.4+ and PHP 7.4+ · Tested up to: WordPress 7.1.3
Installation
- Download
dist/thrg-disable-site-health-1.2.0.zip. - In WordPress, select Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin and upload the ZIP.
- Activate The Hack Repair Guy's Disable Site Health.
There are no settings. Deactivate the plugin to bring back Site Health. WordPress background Site Health checks and related REST API endpoints continue running; this plugin is an administrative interface adjustment, not a security control.
View details
The View details link under the plugin on Plugins → Installed Plugins opens WordPress's native details window. The banner, icon, Description, Installation, FAQ, and Changelog come from files installed with the plugin, so the window works without access to GitHub.
