Install
Upload it under Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin, then activate.
Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:

Description
This Plugin allows to upload sermons from your church and display them on your website. You can manage them my adding a category and a preacher, and in the frontend the user is able to sort or filter them accordingly
