Contests plugin for Wordpress

Simple plugin to help webmasters and site admins hold contests. Visitors enter their personal details and submit a file to enter the contest. Once their enty is submitted, they are directed to PayPal where they pay the entry fee. After the transaction is completed, their entry becomes valid.
