This is the repository archive. It installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow.

Install straight from GitLab with WP-CLI:

wp plugin install https://gitlab.com/robson16/bmg-seguros-timeline-cpt/-/archive/main/bmg-seguros-timeline-cpt-main.zip

No built-in updater. New versions won't appear under Dashboard → Updates. Install new releases yourself, or let Git Updater track the repository.

A plugin to add a custom post type for a timeline on the BMG Seguros WordPress site

Add this plugin on your WordPress Installation on:

\wp-content\plugins\bmg-seguros-timeline-cpt

Then you will be able to use the new post type Projects after adding some of your projects, use the shortcode:

[bmg_timeline]

This will display some HTML for them, you will need to provide the CSS to style the list.
