Why This Plugin Exists

WordPress admin notices are an important communication channel, but over time they often become noisy, repetitive, and difficult to understand.

On a typical WordPress site:

  • Multiple plugins output admin notices
  • Notices lack clear ownership or context
  • Important warnings are mixed with promotional or low-priority messages
  • Administrators and developers have no native way to audit or analyze notices

As a result, users become desensitized to notices, critical messages are missed, and diagnosing issues becomes unnecessarily difficult.

Admin Notice Quality Control exists to solve this visibility problem.

What This Plugin Does

This plugin provides a read-only inspection layer for WordPress admin notices.

It allows administrators and developers to:

  • See all admin notices rendered on a page
  • Understand where notices appear in the admin interface
  • Inspect the structure and CSS classes of notices
  • Identify patterns and sources of excessive or low-quality notices

The plugin focuses on clarity and transparency, helping users understand the state of their admin environment without changing how WordPress or other plugins behave.

What This Plugin Does Not Do

To remain safe and predictable, this plugin does not:

  • Hide or suppress admin notices
  • Modify notice output
  • Disable plugins or features
  • Store notice data permanently
  • Affect front-end behavior

It is intentionally non-invasive and designed purely for inspection and analysis.

Design Philosophy

This plugin is built around a simple idea:

You cannot manage what you cannot see.

Before notices can be controlled, filtered, or improved, they must first be understood. This plugin focuses on that foundational step.

Who This Plugin Is For

  • WordPress developers
  • Site administrators managing many plugins
  • Agencies maintaining client sites
  • QA and staging environments
  • Anyone auditing admin UX quality

It is not intended to replace admin themes, role editors, or white-label solutions.
