Upload it under Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin, then activate.

Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:

wp plugin install https://github.com/flycartinc/wdr-omnibus-directive/releases/download/1.0.0/wdr-omnibus-directive-1.0.0.zip

Updates itself. It ships its own updater (Plugin Update Checker), so new versions appear under Dashboard → Updates.

Plugin displays the lowest discount price of product applied through Discount Rules. Initial release
