No release zip yet. The repository archive installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow:

Removes all WordPress Admin menu items for comments.
Please note: This Plugin does not remove the comments themselves, or the user interfaces for accessing the comments in the admin. It only removes the menu item to tidy up the UI.
