This is the repository archive. It installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow.

Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:

wp plugin install https://github.com/eventespresso/ee-paypal-tls-test/archive/refs/heads/master.zip
No built-in updater. New versions won't appear under Dashboard → Updates. Install new releases yourself, or let Git Updater track the repository.

WordPress plugin that checks if your server and WordPress installation are ready for PayPal's upcoming security requirements (see https://devblog.paypal.com/upcoming-security-changes-notice/) . Just upload this plugin via the normal WordPress plugin uploader, and activate it. It will immediately check if your server is capable of communicating with PayPal with their new server requirements, and will give you a notice informing you of the results.
