WordPress Plugin EPFL Translate

A very simple plugin that hook to the wp-theme-2018's EPFL_theme_2018_max_inline_languages_count action and EPFL_theme_after_language_switcher filter.

It adds a link to Google Translate in addition to the existing (local) translations.

A disclamer is added when pages are auto-translated
