This is the repository archive. It installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow.

Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:

wp plugin install https://github.com/empirextech/empire-breadcrumbs-wp/archive/refs/heads/main.zip
No built-in updater. New versions won't appear under Dashboard → Updates. Install new releases yourself, or let Git Updater track the repository.

Empire Breadcrumbs for WordPress

What it does

  • Prints Home → category → title before singular content
  • Emits BreadcrumbList JSON-LD in wp_head
  • Custom separator and home label
  • Optional hide on the front page
  • Shortcode [empire_breadcrumbs]

Install

  1. Download the ZIP from Empire Shop (free) or clone this repo
  2. Plugins → Add New → Upload
  3. Settings → Empire Breadcrumbs
