This is the repository archive. It installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow.

Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:

wp plugin install https://github.com/devinsays/postlistr-plugin/archive/refs/heads/master.zip
No built-in updater. New versions won't appear under Dashboard → Updates. Install new releases yourself, or let Git Updater track the repository.

I decided it's time to get familiar with Backbone.js + Underscore.js in WordPress.

To start, I watched a talk by @kadamwhite: K Adam White on WordPress.tv

To get a better idea of how that works in WordPress, I took his standalone PostListr App (see demo) and turned it into a WordPress plugin.

Still don't quite understand what I'm doing, but getting closer.
