This is the repository archive. It installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow.

Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:

A robust WooCommerce plugin that enhances the checkout experience with conditional fees, dynamic discounts, and interaction analytics.

Features

  1. Settings Page: Dedicated dashboard to configure conditional fee amount, target country, and cart total threshold.
  2. Conditional Checkout Fee: Dynamically applied based on admin settings (e.g., $25 if cart < $500, US country, and subscription exists).
  3. Product-specific Dynamic Pricing:
    • Enable/disable sliding discounts per product.
    • Set custom "Base Discount %" for specific products.
  4. Graphical Analytics Dashboard:
    • High-level visualization using Chart.js.
    • Tracks page visits, field interactions, and order submissions.

Installation

  1. Upload the smart-checkout-enhancer folder to /wp-content/plugins/.
  2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu.
    • Multisite: Can be Network Activated or activated per-site.

Configuration

  1. Go to Smart Checkout > Settings to configure fees and thresholds.
  2. Go to Smart Checkout > Analytics to view interaction charts.
  3. On individual product pages (General tab), toggle "Enable Sliding Discount" and set a "Base Discount %".

Technical Decisions

  • Manager Pattern: Business logic for Fees, Pricing, and Analytics is encapsulated.
  • Multisite Support: Activation logic iterates through blogs in a network.
  • Security: Nonce checks, sanitization, and prepared statement wrappers.
