This is the repository archive. It installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow.

Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:

wp plugin install https://github.com/derweili/afc-nav-menu-field/archive/refs/heads/master.zip

No built-in updater. New versions won't appear under Dashboard → Updates. Install new releases yourself, or let Git Updater track the repository.

How to use the field on the frontend:

$menu_id = get_field('_field_name' );
if( $menu_id ){
  $menu = get_term($menu_id);
  wp_nav_menu( array(
    'menu' => $menu,
  ) );
}

This ACF field type is compatible with:

Copy the derweili-acf-nav-menu-field folder into your wp-content/plugins folder
Activate the ACF Nav Menus Field plugin via the plugins admin page
Create a new field via ACF and select the Nav Menu type
